Yadadri Temple

Yadagirigutta is a town and temple located in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. The town is located about 60 kilometers from the city of Hyderabad, and is known for Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, which is one of the most important and visited temples in Telangana, and is called by the name of Temple City.

The temple complex is vast and impressive, with a number of shrines and other buildings. The main temple is known for its beautiful architecture and intricate carvings and is a popular destination for pilgrims and tourists alike.

In addition to the temple, Yadagirigutta is also home to several other attractions, including the Bhongir Fort, a popular spot for history buffs.

Future Transportation

The Government of Telangana is planning to connect Temple City with all other districts in Telangana State. For that it is developing all possible transporatation facilities like Bus, Train and Metro.

Four Lane Road

Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority (YTDA).

According to the Master Plan 2035 of the YTDA, a four-lane road is proposed between Raigir and Yadadri.

High Speed Metro

The Government Of Telangana.

A high-speed metro train is also planned to connect Hyderabad, with a journey time of about half an hour.

Multi-Modal Transport System (MMTS)

The Government Of Telangana

Hyderabad MMTS is planning to connect Yadadri and Hyderabad via MMTS.

New RTC Bus Complex

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC)

The government has allotted 15 acres of land for setting up a new Bus Complex in Saidapur village which is just 6 km away from Yadadri.

Yadadri Outer Ring Road

Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority (YTDA)

YTDA is also developing a Ring Road around Temple City to reduce traffic.

Future Developments

The development of Yadadri as a temple city of Telangana had a significant impact on the villages around Yadadri. With the added benefit of the real estate boom in Yadadri, these projects are in the proposed development as mentioned below.

Siddha Kshetra Dhamam

It is proposed to set up a Siddha Kshetra Dhamam at Masaipet village, just 8 km from Yadadri, at an estimated cost of Rs 1400 crore.

Vedic City

The Vedic City will be developed at Masaipet village, just 8 km from Yadadri.

ISKCON Temple

International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) has undertaken an ancient Krishna temple here and will develop it as an Iskcon Temple.

Veda Patashala

The Government of Telangana has allotted 16 acres of land for a Veda Patashala at Yadagirigutta.

Vignan University

Vignan University, a deemed university in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, plans to set up its branch at Potti Marri circle near Yadagirigutta.

Armed Reserve Police Headquarters

The Telangana government has allotted 50 acres of land to set up the Police Headquarters. This Armed Reserve Police Force looks after the security of the Yadadri temple under the YTDA purview.
